Beef Bulgogi

Ingredients:

1/2 kilo beef tenderloin, cut into strips
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons rice wine
5 tablespoons chopped green onions
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
6 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Super Seasoning
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Cooking Procedure:

1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except cooking oil.
2. Heat heavy skillet, add cooking oil just to prevent the meat from sticking. Stir-fry beef in high heat in 2-3 batches until browned.
3. Serve with sesame seeds on top together with mung bean sprout salad.
