Love Bites (Chocolate Oat Bars)

Ingredients:
2 cups crispy rice cereal
2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup honey
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup bittersweet chocolate

Cooking Procedure:
1.Sa isang malaking bowl, haluin ang rice cereal at oats. Itabi. I-grease and isang 9x13 inch na baking dish gamit ang cooking spray. Kung walang baking dish, maari ring gumamit ng plastic container.
2.Haluin ang brown sugar at honey sa isang maliit na kawali sa ibabaw ng katamtamang apoy. Tanggalin ito sa apoy bago kumulo. Maglagay ng peanut butter at vanilla. Haluin hanggang maging pino.

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour

Cooking Procedure:

I-sift ang harina, baking powder at cocoa powder sa isang bowl. Ihalo ang caster sugar. I-beat in ang yogurt, itlog, vanilla at vegetable oil hanggang mahalong mabuti.
3.
Ilagay ang mixture sa baking pan at i-bake ng 25 minuto. Itabi at hayaang lumamig to room temperature.
4.
Hatiin sa mga parisukat ang brownies. Ihanda kasama ng light cookies and cream ice cream.

Dark Chocolate Souffle Recipe

Souffle a light, fluffy baked dish made with egg yolks and beaten egg whites combined with various other ingredients and served as a main dish or sweetened as a dessert.

A Souffle can be sweet or savory and served as a main dish, appetizer, side dish or dessert. It is made from a flavored base, then lightened with egg whites and baked in a round, straight-sided earthenware dish. It bakes very high and then falls quickly, so it is served straight from the oven. The outer crust is crisp and the interior is soft. It's a classical dish with many flavors!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup flour1 cup milk
1-1/2 oz couverture dark chocolate
2 heaping tbsp cocoa powder
5 egg whites4 egg yolks
6 tbsp sugar Confectioners' sugar for garnish
6 pcs 3-inch souffle dishes/ramekins coated with melted butter and sugar

Cooking Procedure:
1.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2.
Work the flour into the butter, form into a roll, and break into small pieces.
3.
Bring the milk, couverture, and cocoa powder to a boil. Stir in the flour-butter paste. Remove the hot, smoothly bound mixture from the heat and stir in 1 egg white. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let cool until lukewarm.
4.
Stir in the egg yolks one at a time. Whip the remaining egg whites with the sugar until soft. Stir a quarter of the egg whites into the batter, then fold in the rest.
5.
Spoon the mixture into molds and let stand in a pan of hot water (176 degrees Fahrenheit) with the water 1 inch below the rims. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven, sift with confectioners' sugar, and serve immediately.

Deep Fried Cookies with Hot Fudge Rum Sauce Recipe

                                Deep Fried Cookies with Hot Fudge Rum Sauce

Ingredients:
1 quart canola oil for frying
1 (20 ounce) package cookies
2 cups dry pancake mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar for dusting

Hot fudge rum sauce:
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butter
4 cups confectioners' sugar
2 2/3 cups evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 Tbsp white or dark rum
Cooking Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a deep-fryer. Mix pancake mix with water according to package directions.
2. When the oil comes up to temperature, dip 4 or 5 cookies at a time into the batter, and fry in hot oil, turning once, until golden brown. Remove from oil using tongs, and drain on paper towels. Serve with the sauce and sprinkle with the confectioners sugar.
SAUCE:
1. In a large saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and butter. Cook and stir over low heat until melted.
2. Gradually mix in the sugar and milk. Increase heat to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, for 8 minutes. Remove from heat, and then stir in vanilla and salt. Add Rum. Serve warm.

Grilled Cheese Quesadilla Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
4 pcs. soft flour tortilla
1 cup grated quick melt cheese
2 tablespoon blanched fresh spinach
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoon chopped coriander
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1 pack 6 grams AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Pepper
1 pack 6 grams AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Garlic

COOKING PROCEDURE:
1.
Grill the tortillas over charcoal.
2.
Top it with the rest if the ingredients, except sour cream.
3.
Grill until cheese is melted.
4.
Drizzle with sour cream.

Eyeball Cupcakes Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
For cupcake batter:
4 (1 oz) squares semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 cup butter
1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
1 ? cups white sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
FOR DECORATIONS:
1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 pkg. (16 oz) powdered sugar, sifted (4 to 4 ? cups)
24 ring-shaped chewy fruit snacks (gummy sour rings)
24 miniature candy-coated chocolate pieces
1 tube (19.28 gms) red decorating gel or strawberry jam
COOKING PROCEDURE:
1.
I-preheat ang oven ng 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius).
2.
I-line ang 24 muffin cups gamit ang paper liners.
3.

Ingredients:
8 clementines (seedless Mandarin orange)
1 large handful of flaked almonds
10 fresh mint leaves, finely sliced
6 tablespoons caster sugar
4 tablespoons water seeds from 1 vanilla pod
100g/31/2oz best-quality cooking chocolate (70% cocoa solids), shaved
1 can condensed milk

Cooking Procedure:
1.
Peel the clementines, slice across thinly and remove the pips.
2.
Arrange on 4 plates and sprinkle over the almonds and mint.
3.
Bring the sugar and water to the boil, add the vanilla seeds and allow to simmer until the liquid becomes a light golden syrup. Try not to touch it too much at this stage.
4.
Drizzle the syrup over the clementines and top with the shaved chocolate before serving. Pour condensed milk before serving

Removing seeds from vanilla pods:
1. Score the pods.
2. Scrape the seeds out.
3. Put the unwanted pods in a jar of sugar for delicious flavoured vanilla sugar.

Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:
1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons water
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4cup Baking Cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup chopped nuts
powdered sugar

Cooking Procedure:
1.
PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 13x9-inch baking pan.
2.
COMBINE sugar, butter and water in large bowl. Stir in eggs and vanilla extract. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in medium bowl; stir into sugar mixture. Stir in nuts. Spread into prepared baking pan.
3.
BAKE for 18 to 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out slightly sticky. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into bars.

All-Day Exotic Power Shake Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup yogurt
? cup rolled oats
1 banana, broken into chunks
14 frozen strawberries
1tsp vanilla extract
1tsp white sugar
juice of dayap
grated ginger

Cooking Procedure:
1.
In a blender, combine soy milk, yogurt oats, banana and strawberries.
2.
Add vanilla, dayap juice and grated ginger and sugar if desired.
3.
Blend until smooth.
4.
Pour into glasses and serve.
