Ingredients:

1/3 cup chopped onions

1 piece finger pepper, sliced
2 cups boiled red beans
1 cup tomato sauce
1 pack 7 grams AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix
1/4 teaspoon AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Super Seasoning
8-10 pieces taco shells
Filling:
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped onions
Cheese Topping:
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup grated low-fat Cheddar cheese
1/2 teapsoon AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Garlic
1/2 teaspoon AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Pepper
