Ingredients:
1/4 kilo ham steak
1 cup pineapple slices
3 tablespoons dry mustard
8 tablespoons pineapple juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1pack 6 grams AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Pepper
Cooking Procedure:
1. Preheat the broiler. Line a broiler pan with a foil.
2. In a small bowl, mix together dry mustard, pineapple juice, brown sugar and cloves. Sprinkle AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Pepper. Mix well.
3. Add and marinate ham steak for 30 minutes.
4. Broil meat at least 4 inches away from the heat for 7 minutes or until brown, turning both sides occasionally for even cooking.
5. Brush with remaining marinade mixture for better taste.
6. Grill pineapple slices and place on top of the ham steak before serving.
Makes 8 servings.
