                                   Awesome Steamed Fish in Ginger Sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo labahita fillet
½ pack 6grams AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Pepper
1/8 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons chopped onion leeks
2 tablespoons ginger strips

Sauce:
2 tablespoons grated ginger
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
½ pack 6grams AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Garlic
1/8 cup vegetable oil

Cooking Procedure:
  • In a plate, rub labahita fillet with AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Pepper. Brush fish with soy sauce and sesame oil. Top fish with leeks and ginger.
  • Transfer plate in steamer and steam for 20 minutes.
  • Prepare sauce, combine ginger, soy sauce, AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Garlic and vegetable oil.
  • Pour on top of steamed fish or use as a dipping sauce.
  • Makes 4-6 servings

Chicken Recipes: Diced Chicken with Chillies

                         Diced Chicken with Chillies

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 kilochicken breast, deboned, cubed
2 pieces sili labuyo, seeded and sliced
1 tablespoon chili sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup bean sprouts
2 teaspoons cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water


Cooking Procedure:
1.Heat oil in a pan, stir fry chicken then add sili labuyo,chili sauce, soy sauce and water. Bring to a boil.
2.Sprinkle AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix, add bell pepperand bean sprouts. Thicken sauce with cornstarch mixture.

Beef Recipes: Grilled Stuffed Beef w/ Sour Cream

                             Grilled Stuffed Beef w/ Sour Cream

Ingredients:
500 grams large and flat slices of sirloin beef
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 packs 2.8 grams AJI-SHIO? Garlic Plus
2 packs 2.8 grams AJI-SHIO? Pepper Plus
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon AJI-NO-MOTO? Super Seasoning

Stuffing:
3/4 cup red bell pepper strips
3/4 cup sliced button mushroom
3/4 cup onion slices
3/4 cup sliced tomatoes

Sour Cream:
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped spring onions
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 pack 2.8 grams AJI-SHIO? Garlic Plus

Cooking Procedure:
1. Rub sirloin with coriander leaves, olive oil, AJI-SHIO Garlic Plus and AJI-SHIO Pepper Plus, soy sauce and AJI-NO-MOTO Super Seasoning. Marinate overnight.
2. Stuff sirloin with red bell pepper, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes. Wrap jellyroll style, secure roll ends with tin foil.
3. Grill for 10-15 minutes or until cooked.
4. Prepare sauce, combine sour cream, spring onions, vinegar, AJI-SHIO Garlic Plus and AJI-SHIO Pepper Plus. Blend well and pour on grilled stuffed beef.
5. Makes 8 servings.
