                               Barbeque Pork Ribs

Ingredients:
4 pounds boneless pork ribs
1 cup ketchup
½ cup water
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika

Cooking Procedures:
  • Combine ketchup, water, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire, mustard, chili powder, salt, and paprika in a medium saucepan bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook, uncovered, until sauce has thickened, stirring occasionally, Cover ribs with sauce to coat; cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  • Preheat grill. Remove ribs from sauce, shaking off excess glaze.
  • Grill until cooked and no longer pink, 45 to 60 minutes.

                                Barbeque Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons barbeque sauce
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 pound pork tenderloin, halved, butterflied

Cooking Procedures:
  • Combine mustard, barbecue sauce, oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a shallow oven-safe baking dish; mix well.
  • Add pork to mixture; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 45 minutes.
  • Preheat grill or broiler. Place baking dish in oven or loin directly on grill; cook 7 minutes each side, until no longer pink.
  • Allow pork to rest 10 minutes; slice,and serve.
