Smoked Salmon With Campari And Lemon Dressing
- 250g smoked salmon slices
- 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
- 50 g rocket or watercress
- 1 tbsp Campari
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Procedures:
- PREP TIME: 5 minutes
- Arrange the smoked salmon, orange slices and watercress or rocket on side plates.
- Whisk the dressing ingredients together with plenty of ground black pepper and drizzle over just before serving.
