Beef Stew with Italian Sausage


1/2 kilo beef chuck
1/2 kilo Italian Sausage
3 cloves garlic
1 piece white onion
4 cups whole peeled tomatoes
5 cups beef stock
3 sprigs fresh rosemary
4 pieceslarge potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ teaspoon AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
Chili Flakes (optional)
Cooking Procedure:

1. Sauté onions and garlic.
2. Brown Italian sausage and beef chuck.
3. Add in whole peeled tomatoes and beef stock. Bring to a boil add in potatoes, fresh rosemary and simmer for about 30 mins or until beef is tender.
4. Add in AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Serve.
