Chicken Balls in Bolognese Sauce


Ingredients:

1/2 kilo ground chicken
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 teaspoons whole garlic cloves, ground
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon fresh basil
2 teaspoons dried parsley
2 eggs, beaten
1/8 cup cushed Fita cracker
Sauce:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 piece chopped white onion
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 can (28 ounce) peeled and crushed tomatoes
4 pieces chopped button mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 pack 7 grams AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix

Procedure:

1. In a large bowl combine the chicken, onion, cloves, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, ketchup, basil, parsley and eggs. Mix well and form about 30 balls out of the mixture, using hands.
2. Roll balls in extra Parmesan cheese and cracker crumbs. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat and fry chicken balls until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
3. Serve with the bolognese sauce.
4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, mushrooms and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
5. Reduce heat and stir in the sugar. Add the AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix. Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken balls.
