Chicken Balls in Sweet Spicy Sauce
Ingredients:
300 grams chicken breast, deboned and meat chopped
1/2 cup mashed tokwa (hard soybean curd), mashed
1/2 cup coarsely grated potato
1 piece egg
1 medium piece chopped onion
3 tablepsoon all purpose flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce:
1 medium piece sliced onion
1 pack 7 grams AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup sliced carrot
1/2 cup sliced sayote
2 stalks green Onions, cut into 1 strips
1 pouch Sweet Spicy Tomato Sauce
Chopped green onions for granishing
Procedure:
1. Combine ingredients for chicken ball and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
2. Form every tablespoon of mixture into balls. Deep fry until golden brown. Set aside
4. For the sauce sauté onion, carrot, sayote,and 1/2 teaspoon iodized fine salt.
5. Cook for 5 minutes with constant stirring. Sprinkle AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix.
6. Add tomato sauce and 1 cup water. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
7. Add meatballs. Allow to simmer. Serve and top with green onions
