Chicken Kebab


350 grams cubed chicken breast fillet
1/2 teasppon AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons rosemary
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons minced onions
3/4 cup cubed onions
3/4 cup cubed red bell pepper
3/4 cup cubed green bell pepper
Barbecue sticks


1. Rub chicken cubes with AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Pepper.
2. Add soy sauce, rosemary, vegetable oil and onions. Rub chicken thoroughly and marinate for 1 hour.
3. Thread chicken, red bell pepper, onions and green bell pepper alternately.
4. Grill until light brown, brush with remaining marinade mixture.
