Pork Loin with chili cream sauce
Ingredients:
1 poblano chili
2 tbsp canola oil
1/2 onion chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper
Ajinomoto Umami super seasoning
4 pcs pork loin
1 cup cooked rice
Procedure:
1. Heat oil, add onion and garlic. add chili and cream. season with ajinomoto Umami super seasoning.
2. Puree in blender and asdd water if too thick. season with salt and pepper.
3. Season pork with salt and pepper. Cook. Serve
