Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cubed beef
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tablespoon chopped spring onions
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1/2 pack 7 grams AJINOMOTO GINISA FLAVOR MIX
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon bean paste
1/2 teaspoon hot bean paste
2 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoons rice wine
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 piece star anise,flower
225 grams dry noodles,boiled
For every serving ,add:
1/4 teaspoon chopped spring onions
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup beef stock
2 tablespoons cabbage blanched
Cooking Procedure:
1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a preheated wok. Add spring onions and ginger; sprinkle AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix.
2. Add soy sauce, bean paste and hot bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Pour in water, followed by rice wine,sugar and star anise.
4. Add beef and bring to a boil.
5. Simmer over low heat about 30 minutes until the meat is cooked soft.
6. Combine beef and noodles in each serving bowl and serve hot.
Makes 4 servings.
