Ingredients:
2 pieces cleaned medium sized squid
1 pack 6 grams AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Garlic
1 pack 6 grams AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Pepper
Stuffing:
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup cheddar cheese strips
Cooking Procedure:
1. Rub squid with AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Garlic and AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Pepper.
2. Stuff squid with onions, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, coriander, sugar and cheese. Store inside the refrigerator for few hours.
3. Grill for a few minutes until cooked.
