Chicken Tortilla Soup Recipe

                                             Chicken Tortilla Soup

3 garlic cloves, mashed
½ white onion sliced thinly
3 pcs jalapeno
1 liter chicken stock
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 pack corn tortillas
1 tsp cumin
salt and pepper
½ can garbanzos
7 g AJINOMOTO GINISA Flavor Seasoning Mix
1 can chicken breast chunks or shredded
1 bar sharp cheddar cheese, grated
bunch cilantro
½ carrots grated
canola oil for sautéing

Cooking Procedure:
1.Sautée onions, garlic, garbanzos and jalapeno in oil.
2.Season chicken with salt and pepper, cumin and AJINOMOTO GINISA Flavor Seasoning Mix.
3.Add into pan and cook some more. Add in crushed tomatoes and then the stock.
4 Let it boil and simmer.
5.Dump in the grated cheddar cheese. And the carrots.
6.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7.Put on soup bowls and garnish with corn tortillas, cilantro and more cheddar cheese on top. Serve.
