Ingredients:
1 pc Mahi-Mahi, filleted
3 cups coconut milk
5 pcs large shrimp
1 pc red bell pepper
1 pc green bell pepper
1 cup coriander
1 tbsp spicy bagoong
10 pcs sili
2 tbsp grated ginger
1 bulb garlic
1 pc onion
3 pcs spring onion
1 pc lemon
1 pc lime
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 pack 7g Aji Ginisa
Cooking Procedure:
1. I-season ang isda gamit ang asin at paminta. I-sear ang isda. Itabi.
2. Igisa ang lahat ng gulay. Budburan ng Aji Ginisa.
3. Idagdag ang gata at i-simmer.
4. Ilagay ang isda at hayaang maluto.
5. Ihanda.
