                                  Grilled Hungarian Sausage with Homemade Hash Brown

Ingredients:
4 pieces large potatoes
3 eggs
1 piece large onion
1/2 bar butter
1 pack honeycured bacon
3 pieces Hungarian sausages
2 packs all-purpose cream
1 bulb garlic
1 bunch of asparagus
1 pack AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix
Cooking Procedure:
# Wrap one piece of bacon around the Hungarian sausage. Grill without oil. Set aside.
# Peel and grate potatoes. Mix potatoes in a large bowl with chopped onions and AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix.
# Chop the rest of the bacon to make bacon bits and saute; in another skillet until it releases its own oil. Add minced garlic and saute; for another 2 minutes. Add cream and season with salt and pepper.
# Heat butter in pan and cook potatoes by flattening them using a spatula. Cook until they are crispy on the outside.
# Slice asparagus diagonally and blanch in boiling water until its gets soft. Serve asparagus with hash browns and sausage.
