Egg Recipes: Scrambled Eggs with Green Soybeans

                             Scrambled Eggs with Green Soybeans

  •  2 eggs
  •  50 g frozen green soybeans
  •  a little salt
  •  a little pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  •  a little olive oil
Cooking Procedures:
  • Defrost the frozen green soybeans, and shell them.
  • Beat the eggs, and mix with the green soybeans, salt, pepper and soy sauce in a bowl.
  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add mixture (Step 2).
  • Stir-fry.
