Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 50 g frozen green soybeans
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- a little olive oil
- Defrost the frozen green soybeans, and shell them.
- Beat the eggs, and mix with the green soybeans, salt, pepper and soy sauce in a bowl.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add mixture (Step 2).
- Stir-fry.
