Sweet Baked Tilapya Fillet

Basic Ingredients
  • 4 large tilapia fillets
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
Cooking Methods
  1. Preheat oven to 450 deg F.
  2. Line a baking pan with foil.
  3. Constantly scatter olive oil on the base of baking dish and place fillets in it.
  4. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the fillets.
  5. Bake for fifteen5 to twenty minutes or until it flakes surely with a fork.





Deep-Fried Crispy Crab Claw (Poo Krob) Recipe

                                   Deep-Fried Crispy Crab Claw (Poo Krob)

Ingredients: 
15 pieces crab claw
3 cups all purpose flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for deep frying
Ground white pepper
AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
Cooking Procedure:
1. Dissolve all purpose flour in water.
2. Add a little bit of ground peppercorns, white pepper and salt into the batter. Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning.
3. Prepare the oil in a deep fry pan or deep fry machine.
4. Dip the crab claw into the batter. And slowly drop the crab claw in the hot oil.
5. Fry until it's golden brown. Serve with Sriracha sauce (red chili sauce).

Whapish! (Mahi-Mahi in Spicy Gata) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pc Mahi-Mahi, filleted
3 cups coconut milk
5 pcs large shrimp
1 pc red bell pepper
1 pc green bell pepper
1 cup coriander
1 tbsp spicy bagoong
10 pcs sili
2 tbsp grated ginger
1 bulb garlic
1 pc onion
3 pcs spring onion
1 pc lemon
1 pc lime
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 pack 7g Aji Ginisa
Cooking Procedure:
1. I-season ang isda gamit ang asin at paminta. I-sear ang isda. Itabi.
2. Igisa ang lahat ng gulay. Budburan ng Aji Ginisa.
3. Idagdag ang gata at i-simmer.
4. Ilagay ang isda at hayaang maluto.
5. Ihanda.
