Fast Fish Tacos
Ingredients:

4 scallions, thinly sliced
1 jalapeno chile, halved lengthwise the other half minced
2 tbsp
olive oil
450 grams tilapia fillet, cut in to strips
8 flour tortillas
1/2c cilantro leaves
