Ingredients:
* 4 scallops
* 1 teaspoon soy sauce
* 1/2 tablespoon butter
Cooking Procedure:
* Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the scallops and pan-broil on each side on medium heat (about 5 minutes). Add soy sauce and pan-broil for another 3 minutes on one side only. Pan-Broiled Scallops Bites
* Insert a stick into each scallop.
