Ingredients:
* 1/4 block of tofu
* 40 g cream cheese
* 400 ml water
* a little salt
* a little pepper
* 4 crackers
* something green (e.g., parsley, basil)
Cooking Procedure:
- Put the 400 ml of water and the tofu in a pan. Boil for 7 minutes. Drain the tofu in a colander and let it cool.
- Mash the tofu with a spoon or a rubber spatula. Add the cream cheese, salt and pepper, and mix.
- Tofu and Cream Cheese Canapé
- Place a suitable amount of the mixture (Step 2) on each cracker. Decorate with something green.
