Ingredients:
* 30 g raw tuna
* 30 g Japanese radish
* 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Cooking Procedure:
* Slice the Japanese radish very thinly. Cut into quarters.
* Slice the tuna into 4 cubes.
* Marinate each side of the tuna in soy sauce for about 20 minutes.Raw Tuna and Japanese Radish Bites.
* Place one tuna cube on each Japanese radish quarter. Insert a stick.
