Ingredients:
* 4 shrimps
* 30 g Japanese radish
* 240 ml water
* 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
* a little salt
* a little pepper
Cooking Procedure:
* Hull shell and devein shrimps. Boil the water in a pan. Add salt and the shrimps. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain the shrimps in a colander and let them cool.
* Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce and pepper. Add the shrimps and mix.
* Slice the Japanese radish very thinly. Cut into quarters.
Shrimp and Japanese Radish Bites.
* Place one shrimp on each quarter. Insert a stick.
