How to prepar Tomato Meatball Soup

Tomato Meatball Soup


Ingredients:
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte® Cut Green Beans-No Salt Added
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte® Whole New Potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 1 can (15.25 oz.) Del Monte® Whole Kernel Corn-No Salt Added
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte® Zucchini with Italian Style Tomato Sauce
  • 1 can (8.25 oz.) Del Monte® Sliced Carrots
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz. each) Del Monte® Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano-No Salt Added
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz. each) College Inn® Fat Free & Lower Sodium Beef Broth
Cooking Methods:
  • Drain liquid from all vegetables, except zucchini and tomatoes.
  • Combine all ingredients in 5-qt. soup pot.
  • Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.

Del Monte Red Sinigang Recipes

Del Monte Red Sinigang

Basic Ingredients:
  • ½ kg Pork Liempo(cut into chunks )
  • 1 pc (small) Sibuyas (sliced)
  • ½ tbsp Patis
  • 2¼ cups Water
  • 3 pc Okra(each piece cut into two )
  • 1 to 2 pc Siling Haba
  • 100 grams Labanos (sliced)
  • 1 bunch Kangkong (leaves and tender stalks only )
  • 1 tbsp Sinigang Mix Powder
  • 1 pouch (200 grams)Del Monte Original Style Tomato Sauce

Cooking Methods:
  • Sauté onion and pork in 1 tablespoon oil for 5 minutes or until pork is slightly brown
  • Add patis, stir, then add DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add water. Cover and Simmer for 30 minutes or until pork is tender.
  • Add radish and sili. Cover and Simmer until radish is almost cooked. Add okra. Allow to Simmer.
  • Add kangkong and sinigang mix powder. Allow to Simmer.
  • Makes 5 servings
