Ingredients:
* 150 g chicken
* 30 cm. leek (white part)
Cooking Procedure:
* Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Cut the leek into 3.5 cm. long sections.
* Grate ginger. Mix soy sauce, sugar and grated ginger.
* Marinate the chicken in mixture (Step 2) for about 1 hour.
* Brown the chicken and leeks over a low flame for 15 minutes. Remove from the pan.
Yakitori (Broiled Chicken) Bites
* To form one bite, insert a stick through one leek section and one chicken piece.
