                              Pan-Broiled Scallops Bites

Ingredients:
* 4 scallops
* 1 teaspoon soy sauce
* 1/2 tablespoon butter
Cooking Procedure:
* Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the scallops and pan-broil on each side on medium heat (about 5 minutes). Add soy sauce and pan-broil for another 3 minutes on one side only. Pan-Broiled Scallops Bites

Ingredients:
* 60 g lump of beef
* 1 teaspoon soy sauce
* a little salt
* a little pepper
* a little salad oil
* suitable amount mozzarella cheese
Cooking Procedure:
* Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the meat. Pan-broil the meat. Add soy sauce and pan-broil for another few minutes.

* Slice the meat into 1 cm. cubes. Place a suitable amount cheese on the meat. Insert a stick into each cube.

Raw Tuna and Japanese Radish Bites Recipe

                                  Raw Tuna and Japanese Radish Bites

Ingredients:
* 30 g raw tuna
* 30 g Japanese radish
* 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Cooking Procedure:
* Slice the Japanese radish very thinly. Cut into quarters.
* Slice the tuna into 4 cubes.
* Marinate each side of the tuna in soy sauce for about 20 minutes.Raw Tuna and Japanese Radish Bites.
* Place one tuna cube on each Japanese radish quarter. Insert a stick.

Shrimp and Japanese Radish Bites Recipe

                                 Shrimp and Japanese Radish Bites

Ingredients:
* 4 shrimps
* 30 g Japanese radish
* 240 ml water
* 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
* a little salt
* a little pepper
Cooking Procedure:
* Hull shell and devein shrimps. Boil the water in a pan. Add salt and the shrimps. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain the shrimps in a colander and let them cool.
* Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce and pepper. Add the shrimps and mix.
* Slice the Japanese radish very thinly. Cut into quarters.
Shrimp and Japanese Radish Bites.
* Place one shrimp on each quarter. Insert a stick.
